Building on a strong foundation in commercial projects, Redmond has shifted its focus to residential property development. Working with experienced architects to refine our vision for high-end city living, our layouts prioritize functionality and maximum comfort. We carefully choose suburban locations within city limits that are accessible by public transportation, bike lanes, and other mobility options. We are also committed to sustainability, delivering energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings that meet the expectations of today’s customers.  

Redmond is currently evaluating multi-family housing development opportunities around Zurich. Landowners can choose one of 3 possible ways to work with Redmond:

Land Purchase:
Redmond buys the land.
Co-Development:
The land is developed by Redmond with the landowner keeping an interest in the project.
Consultancy:
Redmond works for the landowner to organize the development.
