Redmond was formed in 2004.
Initially we focussed on the acquisition of commercial properties in prime city locations. The commercial property portfolio was put together over several years and was actively managed by a team of Redmond personnel in Poland. Our aim was to maximise occupancy and yield.
Over time we sold some of the portfolio to concentrate on shopping centre and hotel property developments in Poland. Redmond is currently focussed on urban multi-family housing in Switzerland whilst continuing to actively manage the remainder of our commercial property portfolio.
At management level we have a combined 60+ years of experience in the property and finance sectors.
