The Handy Torun shopping centre project sought to take advantage of new road and bridge connections between the property and the downtown area. In an excellent location at an important road junction next to Lidl and in a city with a population of circa 200,000, there was strong interest in the project from local developers. After conducting discussions with and finding an acceptable solution with local road authorities concerning road access to the planned shopping centre, Redmond sold the project prior to the building permit being granted.
