Working together with McDonald’s and other strong retail chains pictured in the visualisations, Redmond pre-leased most of the commercial space in its Handy Boleslawiec project, located in south west Poland not far from Wroclaw, at an important junction of a national highway at the entrance to the city. Building permits were obtained including road lane change permissions (municipal and national roads). Before construction start, Redmond successfully negotiated an exit with McDonald's as acquirer.
