The Handy Boleslawiec project, located on the national highway on an intersection at the city entrance in south west Poland involved a stand-alone McDonald's building and a one level shopping centre with a total GLA of over 2,000 m2 on land of around 8,000 m2. After a lengthy process involving an exemption from the Minister of Roads & Infrastructure, the building permit and pre-leasing 90% of the commercial space, Redmond successfully negotiated an exit with McDonald's.
